Our workshop is Bureau Veritas accredited.

The accreditation aims to establish and maintain an effective quality system to ensure on-going compliance. To be licensed we follow specific quality practices and processes for the forklift industry. For the customer, this means an assurance of quality workmanship.

After the sale of a new or used forklift is completed, you want to know that your new purchase is going to be supported. We have a team of dedicated qualified technicians to provide exceptional service to our clients so we can take care of the entire process, ensuring our customers can remain focused on their core business.

Our staff are experienced and pleased to service any make or model of forklift or wheel loader. Our services include on site servicing, breakdown repairs, scheduled routine maintenance, after hours call out service, and full workshop facilities.

 

Workshop Facilities: Our  workshop is well equipped with all tooling required to carry out service and repairs to a wide range of forklifts. With the requirements of modern forklifts we have invested in specialist tooling such as laptop technology, electronic service tooling to enable us to quickly diagnose and repair electronic controls. All this along with the basic workshop equipment, provides our technicians with all the correct tooling required to complete any task.

On Site Service: Our mobile service vehicles are equipped to cater for the requirements of servicing of machines on-site with a minimum of downtime, and for quick response to break downs.

The following is a list of services we carry out either in our workshop or on your site.

  • Service and repair of all forklifts, battery electric, petrol, LPG and diesel. 
  • Electric forklift battery repairs.
  • Battery charger repairs.
  • Reconditioning of electrical motors.
  • Welding in workshop.
  • Hydraulic system testing and repairs.
  • LPG system installation and service.
  • Diesel system diagnosis repair.
  • Engine Reconditioning (some outwork required).
  • Transmission reconditioning.
  • Complete rebuilding of machines.
  • Forklift tyres supply and fitting.
  • Steam cleaning.

Outwork: It is not always cost efficient for us to carry out other specialised work. For this reason we have established good business relationships with specialist service providers such as hydraulic hose repair, onsite tyre repair. We can arrange specialist work to be carried out on your machines when required or we can recommend a reputable provider.
